Community Participation & Engagement is an NDIS funded, capacity building support designed to help participants actively engage in community, social, and recreational activities. These supports focus on building confidence, skills, and independence so participants can connect with others and enjoy meaningful experiences within their community.

At Miracle Disability Care, we support participants to take part in activities that align with their interests, goals, and abilities promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.

Who is community participation & engagement for?

This support is suitable for NDIS participants who want to build skills, confidence, and social connections to participate more fully in their community.Supports may be appropriate for participants who:

Want to increase social and community involvement
Need support to access recreational or social activities.
Are building confidence and independence outside the home
Have Innovative Community Participation or capacity-building supports funded in their NDIS plan

Supports can be provided on a short term or ongoing basis, depending on individual goals and funding.
